GuestAI is a free service from Pony Express HQ ("we", "us"). By requesting a website, using a website we host for you, or using guestai.app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What the service is
We build and, if you'd like, host a website for your restaurant, free of charge. Website content is assembled from publicly available information (your existing website, listings, reviews and photos) and anything you send us. We review sites before delivering them, but we don't guarantee that every detail is accurate or current — please review your site and tell us about anything to fix.
2. Previews are temporary
A site we build for you starts as a preview only. If you don't respond or ask us to keep it, the preview is deleted within 7 days, and we retain none of the information gathered to build it. Once you tell us to keep it, it becomes your hosted site under these terms.
3. Free means as-is
The service, including hosting, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including uptime, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the site will be error-free. Your site may be unavailable, may break, and the service may change or be discontinued at any time, without notice. You use the service at your own risk.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from your website being unavailable, inaccurate, or discontinued — including lost revenue, lost business, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. If any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this may not apply to you.
5. Want control? Take a copy
Your site's content is yours. At any time, ask us at support@ponyexpresshq.com and we'll give you a complete copy of your website's files, free, to host anywhere you like. If uptime matters to your business, we recommend hosting it yourself or with any hosting provider — no hard feelings.
6. Content, photos and takedown
Sites may include photos and review excerpts from public sources, credited where practical. If you own content shown on a site we host and want it changed or removed — or if you're a restaurant owner who wants your site taken down entirely — email support@ponyexpresshq.com and we'll act promptly.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful, and don't submit content you don't have the right to use. We may decline or remove any site at our discretion.
8. General
These terms are governed by California law. The Pony Express HQ Terms and Privacy Policy also apply to your relationship with us; if they conflict with these terms regarding GuestAI, these terms control. We may update these terms by posting a new version here.
